How Buyer Research Works
Buyer Research reduces repeated incremental bids to each bidder's highest public bid per auction on Bring a Trailer, Cars & Bids, Hagerty Marketplace, and PCARMARKET. It reports listings bid on, top-bid listings, close-bid listings, and last activity.
The data covers the most recent year of auction activity. A top bid means the highest public bid reached the listing's reported final/high bid—or the highest observed public bid when that value is unavailable. It does not prove that a transaction closed. A close bid reached at least 85%.
