Summary
This 1.6-liter Type 616/1 flat-four, originally for a 1960 Porsche 356B, was removed from a 356 Pre-A coupe 25 years ago. It retains an exhaust system, twin Zenith carburetors, distributor, generator, and intake manifolds. The engine was reportedly used as a back-up for the 1998 Monterey Historics and has since been stored.
