Summary
This 1950 Vincent Comet was originally despatched to Albions Motorcycles of Essex, England, and imported to the US circa 1990 by its previous owner. The five-digit odometer shows 44k miles, though total mileage is unknown, and the seller acquired the bike in 2017, performing work including replacing clutch plates, fitting an Amal carburetor, and rewinding the dynamo. Noteworthy details include an engine number 1900 less than the frame number, and a rear frame member sourced from a Vincent Series B Rapide.
