This rare 1936 Alvis Silver Eagle SG drophead, one of only around ten surviving Cross and Ellis-bodied examples, underwent a comprehensive restoration by a previous owner. The current vendor has driven it over 5,000 miles, maintaining it scrupulously, and reports it drives and handles exceptionally well, comfortably cruising at 60mph thanks to a fitted overdrive. While the exterior paintwork is generally very good with minor blemishes, the interior features smart black leather seats with red piping and red carpets showing some wear.
