A non-refundable deposit of five hundred dollars ($500) is required within this time frame and may be submitted via PayPal to the specified account.

This deposit serves as a hold on the vehicle and will be credited back to the buyer’s PayPal account once the vehicle is paid for in full, typically within one to two days following payment in full. Alternatively, the deposit may be made in person via cash or bank wire transfer. Failure to submit the deposit within the specified period or to make alternative arrangements will result in the vehicle being offered for sale to another buyer, and the initial buyer may forfeit any claim to the vehicle.

The remaining balance is due within five (5) calendar days of the deposit being made. If the final payment is not received within this period, we reserve the right to retain the deposit and resell the vehicle to another buyer. The vehicle and title will not be released until all funds have cleared. If payment is made in cash, the vehicle may be picked up immediately. For wire transfers, the vehicle will be available for pickup once the funds are available in our account.

Payments made by bank check will require a waiting period of nine (9) business days for the funds to clear before the vehicle can be released. Title Information and Potential Delays: Vehicle titles may be held by financial institutions as collateral for loans, which may cause delays in transferring the original paper title after the vehicle is paid off. While we generally possess the titles at the time of sale, there may be instances where we need to wait for the title to be released by the lienholder.

Such delays can range from three (3) to seven (7) business days. The buyer acknowledges this possibility and agrees to allow a reasonable time for the title transfer process.
