Released in 2014, the Ducati 1199 Superleggera was the ultimate evolution of the groundbreaking Panigale platform. Its name means 'super light,' and Ducati achieved this with a magnesium monocoque frame, forged Marchesini magnesium wheels, a carbon fiber rear subframe, and full carbon bodywork.
