Triumph GT6

Often called the "poor man's E-Type," the Triumph GT6 combined the chassis of its Spitfire sibling with a smooth 2.0-liter inline-6 engine from the Vitesse sedan. The result was a stylish fastback coupe with performance that punched above its weight. Early Mk I cars used a swing-axle rear suspension, but the 1968 Mk II introduced a more sophisticated independent rear setup that transformed the car's handling.
