Originally delivered with Warwick Limousine coachwork, it was later fitted with distinctive Piccadilly coachwork, featuring a blue-liveried body, red wheels, and a red leather interior. The car was extensively driven by Frank Cooke, covering an estimated 50,000-60,000 miles, and is equipped with twin side-mounted spare wheels, a two-piece windshield, sprung bumpers, Bausch & Lomb drum headlamps, and a modern overdrive unit.
