This 1930 Rolls-Royce Phantom II Sports Saloon, chassis 117GN, was originally delivered to industrialist Albert Younglove Gowen, a significant Rolls-Royce customer who owned 14 new models. It featured a gray and black exterior over red leather, with sterling silver monograms and matte nickel-plated trim, and was equipped with features that later became standard on the Phantom II Continental model. Gowen used this car for extensive continental touring across Europe before selling it to its second owner.
