1949 Allard L

This outstanding and highly original 1949 Allard L Type open tourer is one of only 193 examples built, with just 63 known to survive today. Originally finished in black over a blue interior, this rare car boasts significant provenance, including ownership by a South African granite magnate and a British diplomat. It features a purpose-built 280-cubic-inch Ford flathead V-8 by Victory Engines, though its original engine and triple-carbureted Weiand flathead intake manifold are included for potential restoration.
