This Clubman’s Formula car is one of approximately five Mallock Mk5s built for racing in 1965, part of the highly successful ‘U2’ series developed by Arthur Mallock. Unused for some 20 years, this wonderfully original example features a rebuilt (1994) Ford 1,600cc pre-crossflow engine with twin 40DCOE Webers, Ford running gear, and a BMC back axle. It should only require relatively straightforward re-commissioning to bring it back to life.
