Summary
This rare Karmann Edition Scirocco features a 1. 8L 8v with a 16v kit, leather seats, and 16" alloys. It runs and drives but has a blow in the exhaust before the cat, a patched driver's floor pan, non-working windows (suspected relay), and needs a tune.
