2013 MINI Cooper S Convertible

Runs but, check engine light is on. After 2 shop visits here’s where we are at: Has New: Battery, Air charge hose, Serpentine Belt and Belt Tensioner, Tires, Rotors, Brakes, Fuel pumps, Valve cover gasket, Spark plugs, Ignition coils, Power panel, roof motor, camshaft sensor, and crankshaft sensor. Diagnosis still shows: Engine camshaft angle offset with crankshaft out of tolerance, Timing chain, tensioners, cassettes, guides, phasers, and VANOS system needed, rear main seal has a leak, valve cover has 2 busted screws that whistle, turbocharger has oil blow by, and radio isnt working.
