Dodge A100

Dodge introduced the A100 in 1964 as part of its 'Compact' line of forward-control vehicles, competing directly with Ford's Econoline and Chevrolet's Corvair 95. Built on a unibody platform, its unique cab-over design placed the driver on top of the front axle, creating a distinctive driving experience. It was available as a panel van, a window van called the Sportsman, and a pickup, with power coming from either the famously durable Slant-6 or an optional small-block V8.
