GMC Syclone

In 1991, GMC offered a pickup that could out-accelerate a Ferrari 348. The Syclone packed a turbocharged and intercooled 4.3L V6 rated at 280 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque. It sent power through a 4-speed automatic to a performance-oriented all-wheel-drive system, resulting in 0-60 mph times under 5 seconds. Production was limited to just 2,995 units for the 1991 model year, all finished in black.

The Syclone's combination of rarity, world-beating performance, and its status as a factory-built muscle truck makes it a 90s icon.
