Porsche created the 964 Carrera RS America in response to U.S. demand for the lightweight European Carrera RS. It came standard with the M030 sport suspension, cloth sport seats, and a distinctive fixed 'whale tail' spoiler. Only 701 were produced for the 1993 and 1994 model years.
