Triumph Bonneville T140

The Triumph Bonneville T140 was the last evolution of the classic Meriden-built parallel twin. Introduced in 1973, it increased displacement from the T120's 650cc to a full 744cc, a direct response to larger Japanese motorcycles. The T140 also introduced a front disc brake and, by 1975, a left-side gearshift to comply with American regulations.
