About BBS E88 Wheels
The E88 is a BBS Motorsport three-piece racing wheel. Its forged aluminum cross-spoke center has back-milled spokes and is bolted to heat-treated spun aluminum rim halves, which come in half-inch width steps and seal with BBS's gasket system. It is built to order, mainly in 18- and 19-inch sizes, in 5-lug and center-lock versions. BBS sells Motorsport wheels for track use: they lack DOT and TÜV approval, and BBS says they should never be powder coated because curing affects the heat treatment.

- Genuine E88 centers carry a seven-digit BBS part number starting with 0288. The 02 marks a modular BBS Motorsport center and the 88 the E88 type, as in 0288582.
