Bentley Mulsanne

The Bentley Mulsanne name first appeared in 1980 on a new sedan sharing its SZ platform with the Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit. The lineup's most important model was the Mulsanne Turbo, which arrived in 1982 and re-established Bentley's performance identity. After a long hiatus, Bentley revived the Mulsanne name in 2010 for a new, clean-sheet flagship that replaced the Arnage and served as the final showcase for the company's legendary 6.75-liter V8.

Collectors appreciate the Mulsanne for its hand-built quality and its status as a true flagship. The original Mulsanne Turbo is a landmark car, credited with saving the brand's sporting image, while the modern 2010-2020 Mulsanne is seen as a future classic representing the end of an era for Bentley's iconic V8 engine. It was the last flagship model developed by Bentley before deeper integration with the VW Group.

With an average price of $78,510 across 61 sales, the market reflects two distinct vehicles. Early 1980s models are accessible but carry enormous running costs, occupying the lower end of the price spectrum. Well-maintained modern examples from 2010 onwards still command six-figure prices but offer a significant discount from their original sticker price.
