Subaru Crosstrek

Subaru launched the XV Crosstrek for the 2013 model year as a direct response to the growing demand for small crossovers. It's built on the Impreza hatchback platform but adds rugged body cladding and a significant suspension lift for 8.7 inches of ground clearance. Combined with Subaru's standard symmetrical all-wheel drive, the Crosstrek quickly found a following with buyers who wanted practical, all-weather capability without the size of a traditional SUV.
