The Aston Martin DBS nameplate has a storied history, first appearing in 1967 on a grand tourer that replaced the DB6. The modern iteration, produced from 2007 to 2012, revived the name for a flagship model based on the DB9. It gained worldwide fame as James Bond's vehicle in 'Casino Royale' and 'Quantum of Solace,' cementing its place in pop culture. In 2018, the name returned again for the DBS Superleggera, a twin-turbocharged super GT.

Collectors are drawn to the 2007-2012 DBS for its potent 510 hp 5.9L naturally aspirated V12 and extensive use of carbon fiber. It was the last flagship Aston to offer a traditional 6-speed manual gearbox, making those cars exceptionally desirable.
