Harley-Davidson Dyna

Harley-Davidson introduced the Dyna chassis in 1991 on the limited-edition FXDB Sturgis. The platform combined a big-twin engine with a frame that used rubber mounts to isolate vibration, a design philosophy carried over from the FXR. Unlike the Softail's hidden suspension, Dynas featured traditional exposed dual rear shocks, which gave them a distinct, performance-oriented look that appealed to riders seeking a more agile big twin.

The Dyna's appeal lies in its balance of performance, comfort, and customization potential.
